The world's leading forum for women leaders has opened ticket sales for WE Convention 2026. Guests can still expect an ambitious, inspiring, beautifully produced experience. This year, however, the organizers are introducing a fundamentally more purposeful approach to the program. The value of attending should extend far beyond memorable lines saved to a phone. What matters is the decisions participants make, the tools they acquire, the professional relationships they build, and what they are equipped to do the very next day.

This philosophy shapes the fourth edition of WE Convention, taking place in Dubai on November 28-29, 2026. Alongside the opening of ticket sales, the forum has unveiled its new program concept: EQUIPPED TODAY. READY FOR TOMORROW. From inspiration to preparation - and action. The forum will continue to spotlight bold ideas and the lived experience of women transforming business and regional economies, while placing a more exacting question at the center: How can what is heard on stage be translated into action in a career, company, or venture?

From Inspiration to Decisive Action

Until recently, it was possible to master a profession, establish a management model, or identify a viable growth playbook and spend years refining it without fundamental reinvention. That kind of stability is now increasingly elusive: tools evolve faster than teams can absorb them, expectations shift while the work is already underway, and solutions that delivered results only recently reach their limits with remarkable speed.

WE Convention 2026 is designed for this reality. The program will prioritize applied capability, sound judgment, and tools that can be put to work immediately. Particular emphasis will be placed on fluency with AI and on the ability to lead when there is no established map, yet decisions cannot wait.

The relationship between the stage and the audience is evolving alongside the content. The program will feature founders, senior executives, investors, government representatives, and industry leaders who are shaping the business and public agenda across MENA, the Middle East and North Africa. Their experience is grounded in the realities of the regional market: complex launches, capital raising, strategic reinvention, and the demands of rapid growth. Personal narrative will remain an important part of the forum, but it will serve as a point of departure for examining concrete decisions, methods, and lessons.

Applied formats have always held a prominent place within the WE Convention program. In 2026, they will become integral to the forum's architecture, from the main stage to workshops, private discussions, and one-on-one sessions with experts.

The Four Program Tracks at WE Convention 2026

The program is structured around four themes that speak directly to the defining priorities facing the region's current and emerging women leaders, founders, and professionals.

Adaptive Leadership

How do you lead when change is no longer episodic, and decisions must be made before the picture is complete? This track explores the human dimension of leadership under uncertainty: remaining agile, guiding teams through ambiguity, and acting with conviction when familiar playbooks no longer apply.

The focus will not be abstract readiness for change, but the caliber of a leader's judgment. Participants will examine how to develop executive instinct, preserve clarity under pressure, and prevent external disruption from turning a team's work into a constant reset of priorities.

AI and Future Workforce

Artificial intelligence is reshaping not only the tools people use, but the very architecture of work. The track will therefore center on practical AI fluency: applying technology to elevate productivity, sharpen analysis, and improve the quality of decisions.

It will also look ahead to the evolving workforce. Which capabilities will teams need in the years ahead? How should organizations prepare for workflows that will soon look markedly different from those of today? The aim is to position AI not as a standalone technology topic, but as a force reshaping executive thinking, talent expectations, and organizational design.

Women Who Built

This track is dedicated to women who create market value, build companies, and make the decisions that shape long-term enterprise potential. The conversation will extend beyond stories of growth to the realities of a founder's role: choosing a business model, allocating resources, and making the decisions that determine whether a company can move into its next chapter.

Sessions will be grounded in firsthand experience and lessons participants can translate into their own ventures. The spotlight will shift from visible success to the often-unseen choices made long before the outcome became apparent.

Wealth, Capital & Freedom

Financial growth will be considered from two perspectives: access to capital for business expansion, and the creation of enduring personal wealth. Participants will explore how to strengthen their financial position, secure funding for a company, and build economic autonomy that is not tied to a single venture, title, or income stream.

The conversation around capital will therefore extend well beyond fundraising. It will also encompass the personal financial decisions that shape independence, resilience, and the freedom to choose one's next professional direction on stronger terms.

The four tracks are intentionally interconnected. Sustainable leadership cannot be discussed without acknowledging the regulatory and institutional constraints women continue to navigate. Cross-disciplinary conversations will therefore also address strategic advocacy, psychological resilience, well-being, and the ability to sustain high performance under pressure.

The Main Stage and Tactical Formats

WE Convention 2026 will retain the scale and stature of a truly international forum. The program is not being reduced, nor is the main stage being diminished; instead, each format is being given a clearer purpose.

More than half of the program will take place on the main stage, structured across three formats:

  • 30% - Strategic Panels. Leaders who have built and scaled companies will unpack pivotal decisions, real business cases, setbacks, and the strategies that carried them forward.

  • 20% - Intimate Conversations. One-on-one interviews will explore candid insights on leadership and the personal experience that rarely fits within a conventional keynote.

  • 10% - Inspirational Keynotes. Inspiration remains an essential part of WE Convention, now embedded within a broader, application-led program.

A further 40% will be devoted to tactical sessions designed to leave participants with tangible resources: operating frameworks, templates, case analyses, and approaches they can adapt to their own priorities. These will include:

  • hands-on workshops in small groups, focused on specific capabilities, decision frameworks, and implementation-ready tools;

  • private C-suite roundtables where senior women leaders across industries can examine shared strategic challenges and potential responses;

  • expert-led roundtables designed as direct exchanges on the professional issues that matter most;

  • one-on-one mentoring sessions offering tailored guidance on career, leadership, and business growth.

The program's north star is intentionally clear: "What, precisely, will I be able to do on Monday after the conference?" The answer may be a reworked business model, an AI implementation roadmap, a new financial decision, or a professional relationship capable of moving a project into its next phase. Participants should leave not only inspired, but clear on the action they will take next.

Dubai as Part of the Vision

WE Convention will return to Dubai for its fourth edition. A city where international business, cultural diversity, and emerging technologies converge within a single commercial ecosystem, Dubai is more than the forum's setting; it is a compelling expression of adaptability in action.

In 2026, the forum will be hosted at SO/ Uptown Dubai. The setting was selected to encourage substantive dialogue, strategic exchange, and meaningful professional connection. With approximately 800 to 1,000 guests expected, the forum will retain the presence of a major international event while creating room for more direct engagement with speakers, experts, and fellow participants.

Networking will serve as a continuation of the business program. The opportunity to meet a future partner, investor, mentor, or specialist from another industry can be every bit as consequential as what happens on stage. The organizers' ambition is therefore not simply to bring an exceptional professional community together, but to create the conditions for conversations that continue long after the forum concludes.

Prepared Today. Ready to Act Tomorrow.

No one can predict with precision what the market will look like a year from now, which professions will be reshaped most profoundly by AI, or which decision will prove decisive for a particular business. There is no universal playbook, butit is possible to prepare for change: broaden one's toolkit, develop sharper judgment, and learn from people who have already navigated comparable inflection points.

That is the purpose of WE Convention 2026. The new edition preserves the forum's scale and international reach while making the program more focused, applied, and closely attuned to the region's business agenda. Inspiration remains the point of departure; the defining outcome is readiness to put insight into practice.
